This will be a part time, 20 hours a week only, manager said the candidate can work another full-time role and do this work on the side. JOB DESCRIPTION - Knowledgeable in and practical experience with Meraki SM (also referred to as Mobile Device Management (MDM) and can do the following: Access the Velocity Black Meraki portal from a Capital One laptop. Assist with managing assets, updating profiles and devices as needed. Ensure all new assets / new joiners are enrolled and profiles properly assigned. Ensure Macs have File vault enabled. Ensure Windows have BitLocker enabled. Ensure laptops have CrowdStrike installed. Provide Reports as requested. Monitor general Meraki SM / MDM health and escalate concerns, providing recommendations on how to resolve. Call notes: Expert / someone who has ready knowledge on Meraki Services Manager, mobile device management, Will be an administrator, know how things work, handle administration with new joiners. Looking for current experience and knowledge in certain settings / profiles /application distribution / troubleshooting for profiles settings applications that do not install. Why is this a need: Cap One acquired Velocity Black (they use Meraki SM/MDM) to manage mobile devices and a s they go through the integration period where they transition velocity black employees to Cap One eco system. Cap One does not use Meraki for mobile device management, they use other platforms that Cap One laptop / mobile devices are associated with, Mac laptop is primarily with Meraki, some laptops, and cell phones (iPhone) that Rae managed through the platform. Device cutover will be early 2024, when Velocity Black employees are using Cap one laptop, they will collect Velocity Black laptops and will no longer need the Meraki service. Need specific experience with Meraki SM- MDM (mobile device management), need active knowledge to do troubleshooting, make recommendations, hit the ground running. Believes this will be about 20 hours a week, would prefer. Able to work off hours if they have a current role. Work will need to be done Mon Fri, not on the weekends.
