Experienced Archer administrator who is familiar with how best to configure Archer to best meet the needs of a given compliance program while also limiting any customization to prevent technical debt. TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have Application Architecture Architect Data Strategy Release Management RSA Archer RSA Archer Administration Nice To Have Financial Industry Knowledge Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance programs and processes GENERAL FUNCTION: Applies hardware engineering and software design theories and principles in researching, designing and developing product hardware and software interfaces. Provides integrated systems planning and recommends innovative technologies that will enhance the current system. May coordinate some activities of the project team and assist in monitoring project schedules and costs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plays a key role as the technical architect for projects. Responsible for detailed technical architecture and design for moderately complex to complex projects. Functions as a technical expert in the design, development, modification and debugging of programs, job streams, network diagrams, hardware plans and related activities Ensures that projects follow the prescribed development life cycle and meet quality standards. Acts as a technical expert addressing problems relating to systems integration, compatibility and multiple platform integration. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects. Develops project plans, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of assigned projects and communicates this information to senior management and the business unit. Responsible for systems (hardware and software) performance and resolution of production incidents Keeps current with trends and technological innovations in the banking and IT industry, and makes appropriate development recommendations. Documents architecture appropriately and consistently within the defined architectural process. Other duties as required. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Bachelor s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Six+ years of engineering or other IT work experience relevant to the position. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to work in a highly-collaborative environment. Solid understanding and significant experience with modern software development practices, tools, and/or hardware technologies. Solid understanding of IT security best practices. Expertise in one or more technical and/or functional domains relevant to the position. Experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex technical solutions.
