Visa: Strictly No H1Bs, CPT, and OPT. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: A key member of the configuration team responsible for the functional design, configuration, and validation of the SAP solution supporting Finance in the area of FICO and Project Systems. Ability to work on enterprise solutions and support legacy innovation challenges Opportunity to complete a holistic solution by defining functional design gaps and solutions for objects to add to the system. Facilitate training sessions for the users where appropriate. Should be very hands-on experience in the modules like FA, GL, Banking, and PS Ensure appropriate support and new development documentation is followed (i.e. scope, design, test plans, issues and cutover lists, project plans). Demonstrate effective team skills with strong oral and written communications and deliverables. Facilitate the issue resolution process by tracking the status of issues in the process. Demonstrate effective team skills with strong oral and written communications and deliverables Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below: Bachelors degree or equivalent work required 10+ years of industry and/or consulting experience Deep knowledge and 10+ years experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, and Project Systems(PS). Functional/technical proficiency with at least 4+ full life cycle SAP implementations Good experience in designing the interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems. Experience in supporting break fixes, enhancements, and new functionality/projects. Understanding of the use of workflows exits across the project life cycle Knowledge of the use of Project systems for capital expenditure and for production Techno-functional skills and ability to conduct detailed analysis Integration experience with various modules GL, AP, AR, and FA. Very experience and expertise in designing and delivering SAP reports using various tools like Analysis for Office, SAC, design CDS views for data extracts/feeds between the systems, etc. Techno-functional skills and ability to conduct detailed analysis. Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Strong project management, configuration, and design skills Must have a demonstrated strong desire to excel and be committed to building eminence Familiarity with SDLC processes such as Agile, Waterfall etc. Strong tracking, coordination, and project planning skills Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the Midstream Oil and gas industry is a plus.
