This person is going to primarily work on production environment tasks. Our developers have a number of lower environment tasks where they might be the support person might be asked to migrate something from production to the lower environment to test something. And there are any responsibilities as a developer They will not be running code and not responsible for delivering code in any capacity. If the person has scripting skills, that's helpful but, we're not going to expect the person to deliver code. Would you be open to consider someone who has worked as an IAM consultant or security engineers in the past and willing to do the production support work I am, but the key thing there would be the person would have to have worked with SailPoint products. Someone who has worked with our IM consultant using the SailPoint, SailPoint products. So consulting being what they helped implement the SailPoint system at a company means someone like who is doing the customized configuration, someone who has configured the accounts in the sale point. That kind of experience installing, configuration, if they've installed the product and set it up at a company as a consultant or as a contractor, they should have the adequate skills to actually operate in production if they're open to that.. Which scripting language like you're referring to The SailPoint tools are primarily written in Java and they come with their own scripting language called Bean Shell, which is an offshoot of the Java programming language. If you have knowledge of Java then that would be ideal. Shell script, Python for one off scripts and for utilities that the person would write for themselves. You mentioned it's an on call rotation and it's in a production environment. Does this position require somebody working on the weekends and evening support like night shift support as well That's correct. The on call is for seven days, essentially starting on Friday midday and going to the following Friday if there's any incidents that happen after hours. Example: If someone loses access to the system they need for business purposes. After hours, the on call person will get paged and asked to figure out what happened. In terms of weekend work, when we do releases, software development lifecycle releases, that's roughly once every two to three months. The person would probably work from Friday night to Saturday making sure that the production release went smoothly and that would be executing deployment steps, running jobs and Jenkins using some of the other CI CD tools that we have a fanning there, got it and there are so compensated in the following days or week.
