Business capability meets Solution Architect. They need a strong understanding of how the Salesforce specific cloud models can be integrated with the system. Projects : OMS integration Moving from a legacy CRM to Salesforce Service Cloud integration Requirements : Experience with Salesforce modules Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and OMS specifically with how to integrate those modules into the enterprise.
