With a strong commitment to patient care and technological innovation, we are seeking a Senior System Engineer to play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and expanding our IT infrastructure. Job Description: As a Senior System Engineer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic IT team responsible for managing and optimizing our diverse IT environment. This role requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in various technologies, the ability to handle stress, and a self-motivated personality. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory for user authentication and access control. Expertise in Windows Server 2016 and 2019, including support for legacy applications on Windows Server 2008. Configure and manage Group Policies for seamless network administration. Utilize PowerShell for automation and scripting to improve system efficiency. Administer and optimize ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) for secure user authentication. Manage and maintain a virtualized environment with 30 instances across 4 physical hosts. Implement Veeam backup and recovery solutions for data protection. Experience with VMware Pure storage solutions. Work with cloud-based applications and services that play a vital role in our organization. Oversee IT infrastructure in two data centers to ensure high availability and reliability. Assist in rolling out Zoom for telehealth and Microsoft Teams for internal communication. Contribute to the deployment and management of Microsoft Intune for endpoint management. Participate in the migration of data and services to SharePoint. Implement AI-driven digital dictation solutions for clinicians. Be on-call every third week to address critical system issues and maintain system uptime. Qualifications: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in system engineering and administration. Expertise in Azure AD, Windows Server, Group Policy, PowerShell, ADFS, VMware, Veeam, and cloud-based applications. Experience with VMware Pure is a plus. Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently. Resilient personality with the ability to respond quickly to technology-related issues affecting patient care. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Healthcare IT experience is a plus.
