Responsibilities Support 120+ Mainframe and Distributed Applications with their batch runs (app 12 million runs per mo.) Work with application support teams on remediation of batch failures, understanding tight SLAs are in play. Using appropriate monitoring tools, ensure any delays to batch are dealt with through proper escalations.
