Hits the ground running Nice to have experience with end user technologies (i.e. M365, Teams, Zoom, PC/Mac, etc). They're not an expert, but they write communications for these technologies so they need to have worked in a Tech environment. Other Details Duration will initially be for 12 months - with the expectation to extend. Programs supported carry into 2024. Main location is Raritan, NJ. (1003 US Highway 202, Raritan) There will be some need to go onsite for workshops or detailed studies needed to execute this work. At times, flexibility will be required to connect with partners internationally at times that meet everyones time zone needs The Client's End User Services team provides all the key productivity, collaboration, and computing services our organization relies on for doing their day-to-day work. This includes capabilities and process improvements for projects such as M365, Zoom, 6Connex, Windows 10/11, AWS virtual Environments, PC/Mac Device Issues, Mobile, Meeting Rooms, License management, New Starter, and many more. The UX/OCM (User Experience/Organizational Change Management) team is responsible for understanding the needs of our organization and how they relate to the outcomes they wish to achieve. They then build Change and Communication programs to deliver a frictionless employee experience. Responsibilities: Provide all UX and Organizational Change Management needs for our Digital Workplace capabilities across the enterprise Provide services for Productivity & Collaboration, End User Computing, and Employee Experience Cover capabilities such as M365, Zoom, 6Connex, Windows 10/11, AWS virtual Environments, PC/Mac Device Issues, Mobile, Meeting Rooms, License management, New Starter, and many more Partner with many other Technology Services and Business Technology groups to drive joint UX/OCM programs Partner with end-user colleagues to determine business outcomes and needs Partner with the UX team to help define required UX studies and inputs needed for the change program Work with data analyst teams to determine targeting and metrics needs Execute change management plans and approaches required to deliver required business and behavioral change outcomes Document change management program approaches, and articulate and advocate these within EUS teams and within the UX/OCM team Execute change content and work with a Visual designer and communications teams to execute defined work Partner with senior EUS leadership to curate summary technology leadership guidance, status reports, and strategy direction messaging Work internationally across our business organization covering 140K employees and 50K contractors/consultants Qualifications: Must be "turn key" and fit for purpose; mid/senior level with proven OCM experience A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process Familiarity with change management methodologies, (i.e., Prosci ADKAR model or other change management frameworks) Well proven track record in change management execution Ability to curate communications and content Ability to design complex change programs that use multiple communication channels and multiple behavioral change messages to drive change outcomes Ability to map out change journeys and programs that are needed to support major implementations Ability to curate a targeted, multi-messaged behavioral change program that considers triggers and alternate outcomes for a users change journey Ability to work internationally with extended technology teams on a global basis Self-starter - must be able to network within End User team, UX/OCM team and wider business to achieve outcomes Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working across a large multinational country that supports multiple business groups PROSCI Certified Experience in working in the healthcare industry or similar industries with multiple business units and regulated products Experience with supporting change management around Microsoft 365 and other collaboration capabilities Experience in working in technology-driven change management programs Involved in OCM for an acquisition or divestiture or the establishment of a new business entity for a large corporate enterprise Rolled out O365 capabilities, Zoom or other tools Involved in the switch over of large volumes of devices including the issue of new PCs to a new business group Thanks & Regards, Bharath Theegala Ph: 972-440-2128 Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc. 7460 Warren Pkwy,Suite 100, Frisco, TX 75034.
