Execute test cases interpret test results, and identify & document encountered defects. Familiarity with ALM, QTEst, JIRA tools for requirements, test, and issue tracking (e.g. Helix, Rational) Analyze and review product specifications to ensure testability Work closely with other testers and developers to coordinate testing efforts and to resolve issues. Experience working in an Agile team Hands-on experience with RDBMS (SQL or Oracle) Good communication skills, including experience writing technical documentation. Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
