They use Infor. Currently on version 10 and upgrading to version 11 in the cloud. They are also evaluating Kronos, their time and attendance software. She wants someone that is a career Change Manager; not a PM that has done it as part of their job. Wants someone that is Prosci Certified! High preference for someone that has healthcare exp, not a must but close. Should have strong experience in training and have good written communications to write drafts to leadership. If they have exp with dealing with Unions that is preferred. Location: working west coast hours, preference for someone in PST, MST or CST.
