| Need only local candidates from DC Job Description Job Title: Technical Business Analyst(BA) Client: Fannie Mae Location: Washington D.C. Hybrid- Need local to DC currently. Visa: No H1B and CPT Must have- Risk Mgmt. and PL/SQL and Java Really need PL/SQL and some Java coding understanding even though its a BA. Need local to DC currently. Technical/Core skills: Writing basic documents, English language documents and manuals is not enough. Need to be able to understand the ASK and also be able to dig in to the data in the models and understand how the model is functioning. We have a lot of risk mitigation models, so they need to be able to understand how it's working and that's why the system component kicks in. Need to be able to take direction and be able to switch hats because there are multiple products that we have, and we expect to use this resource on different products. Core skills: We are not looking for a conventional BA, not looking for a developer. When we say technical, most of the times we end up getting developers. There is a fine balance but basically a mix of both. Someone with Fannie Freddie experience is great.
