Title: Sr. Scrum Master/Project Manager Duration: 6+ Months Contract Location: Jacksonville, FL - local only hybrid MOI:: Video Job Description We are seeking a senior level Scum Master/ProjectManager in Jacksonville, FLwith excellent communication, vendor management, application development and software package implementations experience. RequiredSkills/Experience: This role will support the Client and must have experience in the following areas: A team builder who can effectively lead a team, build relationships, and ensure a detailed plan is being followed. Ability to manage to a budget, includes forecasting and providing variance explanations. Ability to quickly get up to speed on new business concepts and have enough technical experience to be able to understand and keep up with what the team is discussing during requirements and design sessions. Executive presence and effective communication Must be able to clearly articulateprojectupdates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team Must possess a strong presence with confidence and polish Excellent planning and coordinationskills Waterfall and Agile Methodology Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables, andprojectmetrics/dashboards/reports as needed Experience with various dependent projects potentially being executed with different methodologies Vendor Management Experience with Vendor contracts management Experience with and Vendor package implementations Strong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teams Technical Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects General knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projects Understanding of core infrastructure Understanding of Cloud Development (preferable Azure) Prefer Fundamental Understanding of Data Manipulation/Governance Key Responsibilities: Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrations Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop and track full scale project plans including external integration points and dependencies Establish and coordinate project teams Guides and coaches the team on how to use the Agile framework Resolves teams impediments Manages the scrum board Maintains project financial sand status reporting Help team implement changes effectively Ensures deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Direct and overseethe projectteam Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation Manage project budgets Identify projectrisks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans Manage project changes to achieve project goals Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable Participate in quality audits Develop Requests for Information/ Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicable Demonstrate leadership, and strong organizational, presentation and communication skills Job Requirements Bachelors Degree or higher required ProjectManagementProfessional (PMP) and Agile Certifications required Minimum 10 years ofScrum Master/ ProjectManagement experience Experience with vendormanagementand vendor package implementations Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, andProject Experience with MicrosoftProjectServer, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps a plus Strong technical background a plus Certification or a degree in computer science, information systems or engineering would be a plus Regards, Vijay Kumar | Lead Recruiter Trail Blazer Consulting LLC | Astoria, NY 11105 Office: 914-650-4600 Ext: 148 Keywords: green card Florida New York |
