Job Title: Oracle OTM Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months OTM (Oracle Transport Management) functional profiles JD: The resource will be assigned following responsibilities Work directly with the business and product partners to identify business needs and requirements, scope work effort, develop and implement solutions, and support business process changes. Represent the functional team for major projects in the review and analyses of business requirements, functional specifications, design documents and overall solution design for the onboarding of new clients within a large-scale Transportation Management System Participate in problem discovery and application rationalization. Capture and communicate business contexts, assess, and articulate technology feasibility and dependencies. Lead solution discovery. Identify required architectural runway in support of upcoming business features and capabilities. Create solution options and architecture adhering to architectural standards and technology roadmap, minimizing technical debt. Document architecture artifacts. Facilitate group discussions with diverse stakeholders to obtain consensus on target solutions. Frame technical and architectural alternatives in business terms.
