ROLE: .Net Support Maintenance Manager LOCATION: Kings of Prussia, Philadelphia (working from the office for three days a week) Key Responsibilities: Oversight of multiple teams spread across different geographic locations, responsible for providing real-time support for IT applications and scheduling IT processes. Provision of technical support for all CE applications, including Interfaces (ETLs) but excluding Oracle EBS. Timely resolution of issues in alignment with predefined SLAs. Timely communication of outages to relevant stakeholders. Ensuring optimal system performance for all CE applications, encompassing database activities such as space management and process cleanups. Collaboration with the Development Manager to facilitate knowledge transfer, version control, code release, hyper care, and other essential processes. First point of contact for issue escalations. Management of ticket assignments on a global scale, implementing a 'follow the sun' model where applicable to ensure 24x5 support and on-call weekend coverage. Collaboration with the SOX Manager to ensure 100% compliance. Coordination with the GIS team for activities related to security testing and remediation. Partnership with the Business Application team in the construction and delivery of business-as-usual (BAU) items. Assessment of the impact of new solutions on existing applications. Ownership of the production version of the code across all CE applications. Responsibility for managing Support and System KPIs, including SLAs, uptime, and other defined metrics, with timely reporting, such as a weekly dashboard. Skills Required: Extensive experience with MSFT .net Technologies, including knowledge of SSRS, React JS (preferred), Kafka (Preferred), and Salesforce (optional). Essential experience with ServiceNow. A problem-solving mindset is a necessity. Proficiency in resource management, effective communication, and the ability to monitor and meet KPIs is crucial for success in the role of Support Manager.
