We have an urgent requirement with one of our clients, please review below job description and let me know your interest Title: MES Project Manager Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 12 Months+ Core Job Responsibilities Ownership and Execution/ Outcomes Lead cross functional teams in IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and various other teams to drive the end-to-end delivery of manufacturing systems. Partner with program team, to plan and organize milestones Initiates or maintains schedule for projects and program milestones Establishes priorities of program teams, selects methods and techniques to lead a program to completion Direct program execution by assigning tasks, tracking schedules, identifying risks and developing and executing contingency plans Resolve program issues by working across functions and divisions Strategy and Collaboration Creation of program plans, estimate program effort, resource requirements by using standard estimating techniques and tools and by working with appropriate staff to understand scope and effort Provide support for Project Capital spending requests including delivery estimates. Communication Communicate program status, by preparing standard status reports and participating in program and project status update meetings Communicates with the team, business and key stakeholders frequently and effectively Minimum Experience / Training Required 2+ years Project Management experience in a complex matrix organization managing IT projects. Experience navigating large organizations and an understanding of complex stakeholder relationships Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Sharepoint and MS Team Strong leadership skills and a passion for translating findings into strategic recommendations Ability to look at a set of needs across the business and identify key questions, themes, and potential for business impact 25% travel required Bachelors degree is required Preferred: Manufacturing Execution Systems experience and/or healthcare experience considered a plus.
