Adaptability to changes and uncertainty Keen perception to identifying early indications of risks and issues and ability to effectively manage and resolve them. Implement process to measure and improve efficiency of engineering teams; serving as an Agile coach and mentor. Identify improvement opportunities to better operationalize across the board. Responsibility: Take initiative and ownership and hit the ground running to drive multiple cross-functional programs, end-to-end. Facilitate project kickoffs, technical design discussions, planning, and prioritization. Partner with product, engineering, design, program and stakeholders to manage dependencies, define schedules, and drive alignment. Manage blockers, risks and issues, scope and priorities changes, dependencies within the programs to ensure timely delivery. Lead program review updates and share status to provide clarity and transparency on the health of the program to different levels in the org and partners. Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities drive efficiencies across the org. Foster a collaborative working environment for teams. Effectively navigate uncertainty and change with composure and poise. Proactively identify, deconstruct and solve complex problems quickly, simply and succinctly.
