Maintain and support ArcGIS Server and ArcObject applications in development, QA, and production environments. Ensure that GIS applications adhere to current IT infrastructure standards and maintain performance and scalability. Must be able to ensure that GIS applications adhere to current IT infrastructure standards and maintain performance and scalability. Must be capable of providing recommendations for technicians on map publishing techniques to ensure data integrity and continuation of operations. Must be able to develop new applications as well as enhancements and perform migration of existing applications. Must be able to develop applications for the mobile environment. Must understand how to resolve version conflicts and/or spatial (topology) and attribute errors that arise during versioning and exporting of updated (edited) data in ArcSDE. Must have the ability to create and administer multi-versioned Geodatabase and perform multi-user edits for ArcGIS client Knowledge of GIS software including ESRI ArcGIS for Desktop products and doing GIS Data Modeling and Geodatabase Administration. Experience with GIS application development, using desktop and web-based tools (preferably ESRI ArcGIS Server and ArcObjects).
