Mainframe Support, COBOL, DB2, JCL, SQL, SPUFI, FILEAID, ENDEVOR              Should have 8+ years of work experience in Mainframe technologies - Cobol, JCL, VSAM, DB2 and file handling tools              Experience working in Unix/Shell Scripting              Experience in Monitoring tools (Splunk, AppD & Autosys)              Good at Incident & Problem management              Good at ITIL processes, Incident, Problem, Change, Release & Deployment management              Should be able to work without handhold              Exposure to ServiceNow Keywords: Illinois North Carolina
