Job Summary: A Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Business Analyst plays a critical role in the successful implementation of RPA projects within an organization. They bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, helping to identify, design, and optimize processes that can be automated using RPA technology. The RPA Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement RPA solutions. They play a pivotal role in improving operational efficiency and reducing costs through the automation of repetitive tasks. MUST HAVE Demonstrated Experience with: UI Path, Task Capture Tools, PDD, and Orchestration Key Responsibilities: Process Assessment and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, workflows, and pain points. Analyze and document current business processes, including inputs, outputs, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Automation Opportunity Identification: Identify and prioritize processes and tasks that can be automated using RPA. Assess the feasibility and potential benefits of automation for each identified process. Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for RPA projects. Work closely with business users to define process logic and automation rules. Solution Design: Develop detailed process designs and workflow diagrams for automation. Collaborate with RPA developers and architects to ensure solutions align with business requirements. Testing and Quality Assurance: Define test cases and assist in the testing and validation of RPA solutions. Identify and address issues and discrepancies during testing phases. Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the change associated with RPA implementations. Ensure that employees are prepared for the adoption of automated processes. Documentation and Training: Create documentation for RPA solutions, including user guides and process manuals. Provide training and support to end-users and other relevant teams. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of automated processes and implement improvements as needed. Analyze the impact of RPA on KPIs and report on the benefits achieved. Compliance and Security: Ensure that RPA implementations comply with regulatory and security requirements. Work with IT and compliance teams to address any security or data protection concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Prior experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA or process improvement projects. Proficiency in RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of project management methodologies. A good understanding of business processes and automation principles. Preferred Certifications: RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Business Analyst, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).
