| From: Akhilesh, DMS VISIONS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Hope you are doing well, Position: Sr. Financial Analyst (2 days/week onsite) Address/Location - Lithia, FL (Relocation will work) Duration: 9 + months Visa : NoH1B Software Package: SAP S4 Hana, Power Bi, Excel Notes from Call: - Needs to be more tech/ data driven FP&A candidates- focused on financial modeling and dashboards - Supply chain or operations focused - Powerbi a gap on the team - Local is ideal - CTH possibility if they are rockstar - FPA modeling - Manufacturing industry a plus JD: Collaborate with the FP&A team to develop BI dashboards for Commercial performance management and create automated analytic tools in Power BI to facilitate profitability, volume and pricing analysis by customer, product, and location. Analyze and accurately report Key Drivers/Metrics for the business in part by preparing the weekly and monthly C Reports. Responsible for analysis and accurate reporting of sales information to the commercial team to track and monitor sales activity. Coordinate and consolidate Commercial business financial budgets and forecasts. Develop budgets and forecasts based on scenario planning and variance analysis. Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasting of volumes and prices. Provide input and observations related to continuously improving the forecasting process in the businesses by partnering with the Finance Manager. Provide analysis and reporting support for Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Product Management, Sales and Financial Reporting teams. Dashboard creation Financial Modeling Provide ad hoc reports as required. Work on special projects and presentations as necessary. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with a Finance or Accounting emphasis 4+ years of experience with financial reporting and financial planning and analysis in a large multinational corporation Experience developing automated dashboards and reports using PowerBI Experience preparing and analyzing financial models and decision support tools Proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) SAP knowledge preferred Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills Ability to effectively work with employees at all levels within the organization and create effective partnerships Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong leadership and relationship building skills Thank you Akhilesh Keywords: cprogramm business intelligence sfour active directory Florida |
