Experience coordinating and collaborating with cross functional partners in report specification and requirement gathering. Supports less experienced Workday developers through sharing knowledge, experience, and/or training Knowledge and/or experience building Workday simple, advanced, matrix, composite, trending, scorecard, dashboard, and BIRT reports. Knowledge and/or experience of Prism Analytics. Ability to train/knowledge transfer with developers not experienced in Workday reporting solutions. Excellent organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills. Ability to diagnose and solve complex reporting issues. Experience developing reports in the areas of the human resources, payroll, benefits, research administration, procurement, accounting, finance, or budgets.
