Onsite from Day1. The PM will be expected to go into office one or two days per week. Contract Length: 12 Months + EXT Core qualifications: Strong Project Management Skills, experience is leading the project from start to finish. Experience in building Project schedules. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: - Manages assigned projects with a clear understanding of business and ST context and develops an understanding of cross-program portfolio dependencies if applicable. - Drives complex, cross-functional enterprise projects, potentially leading multiple efforts simultaneously. - Leads high performing, cross-functional, often globally distributed teams. - Works independently, with limited day-to-day guidance from portfolio management. - Performs core project management duties, including developing and maintaining a project plan that includes a detailed budget, project timeline, detailed task-driven schedule, project RACI and resource plan, and communication plan; and managing project execution from analysis/design through build, test, and deployment. - Will manage the project budget and execute the project as per approved project budget. - When leading an Agile project, partners closely with the scrum master and product owner on all activities. - Ensures that project status reports are relevant, transparent, and add value. - Partners with relevant ST and business resource managers to ensure that the project has the skillsets and resources required for delivery. Acumen and Learning Agility: - Understanding of ST project management practices. - Expert-level knowledge of standards and practices for ST project and program lifecycle management activities and deliverables. - Clear understanding of project technical activities, including: (1) solution analysis and design; (2) enterprise, solution, and infrastructure architecture; (3) systems integration; (4) data conversion and migration; (5) environment management and build processes; and (6) deployment planning and execution. - Budget management- Experience in managing project budgets and working with project stakeholders in forecasting of the work, tracking project actuals in dollars, resource forecasting and tracking invoices - Expertise in MS Project - Advanced skills in the MS Office Product Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Summary of Experience - Minimum of three years experience as a project manager in IT or a software development setting; must have at least five years overall experience working in IT or a software development setting. - Experience using Agile methods and working on complex, integrated platforms required. - Bachelors Degree desired; masters degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Management preferred. - PMP, PgMP, and Scrum Master Certifications are a plus. - Project/Technology Specifics Desired, though not absolutely required: o Experience as a Technology Project Manager implementing complex technologies in a multi-national enterprise with broadly integrated and complex systems required. o Experience leading distributed teams with resources spanning the globe highly desirable. o Experience working on Enterprise business system implementations related to Store Development is a plus, but not required. o Experience in understanding of project financials.
