Key Skills: Bigtable, Go ------------------------------------------------------------ Title: Bigtable & Go Programming Expert Allocation: 20 hrs / week Location: US-based, ET time zone preferred but not required Requirements : Must have deep domain expertise in Bigtable and Go programming language - must be reflected in profiles and resources must be able to speak to this during a M&G. Problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and able to engage at client meetings Scope of Work: Current state: the team is looking at a Cassandra environment with a significant amount of custom code written in Go as a middleware layer. Also working with data residency requirements for clients of the customer in another country, and will need integration with AWS to address this. We think Bigtable will be the destination, but we need to review their current estate to understand their existing environment and solve for the future state.
