This includes, but is not limited to, planning, coordinating, establishing long-term governance and oversight, and executing all change management and training associated with the Materials Management Alignment (MMA) Program transformational journey to generate business value Help the HD Executive Leadership establish governance & oversight that includes holding the HD end users accountable with process & tool adoption. This should include the tools and techniques necessary Plan & execute organizational change management, end user process & tools adoption, and establishing awareness on how the HD end users will be held accountable to such.
