| From: Mohammed Shaik, www.abidisolutions.com [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] No:H1B Role: Macess Administrator Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Job Description: The Macess Administrator will be responsible for administration of the Macess workflow management tool (now known as FIS Workflow Manager) and its integration into the TriZetto Facets claims processing platform within a major health plan client. What Youll Get to Do: Be responsible for design, development, and support activities in the Macess application. Exhibit strong ownership and ability to work in global team environment. Participate in Detail Design sessions and able to identify/provide feedback on designs provided and implemented by others. Act as the technical expert/ resource, provide direction and mentoring to team members. Demonstrate understanding of cost of quality (correctness, usability, availability) and ensures customer/market quality requirements are addressed in solution requirements and designs. Collaborate with product management, operations, platform, and technology teams to define and develop deliverables/solutions that are scalable and reusable across the organization. Deliver solutions devoid of significant security vulnerabilities. Drive completion of deliverables that have dependencies on other people or teams ensuring an on-time finish with quality. Exhibit clear written and oral communication materials that effectively summarize findings, support fact-based recommendations, and provide appropriate detail. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline 3-4 years of recent experience with the Macess tool (now known as FIS Workflow Manager).
