| From: abhishek, StellentIT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Oracle CC&B Consultant, 100% Remote 12+ Months Phone + Skype Job Description & Responsibilities Seeking an Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) technical and functional consultant to join a project team at a large Utility client. Must have hands-on and recent experience implementing Oracle Customer Care and Billing. Ideally, you will have a deep understanding about initial installation, configuration, set up, integration and testing of application. Candidate will also be familiar with Oracle CC&B roadmap, Cloud solutions, and be able to bring Best Practices to the project team. Work closely with the technical team throughout solution design, delivery, and testing. Based on requirements, present best practices and validate solution design options. Utilize experience and drive requirements that need assessment, blueprint analysis, functional design, technical design, configuration, and testing. Review business requirements and interpret these into architectural design. Participate in blueprint and design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating benefits and risks. Support implementation after blueprint has been created by reviewing deliverables and ensuring project stays true to initial designs. Develop detailed specification including logical and physical diagrams/blueprints, application configurations, and requirements. Required Knowledge & Skillset 10+ years implementing Oracle solutions, with hands-on experience in 2 to 3 full life cycle implementations of CC&B with strong utilities background. Must have Oracle CCB technical and functional knowledge Good knowledge of Java and Cobol, configuration tools and CC&B interfaces. Familiarity with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core ERP, OMS, GIS, Mobile, etc. In depth knowledge of billing, credit and collections, customer management, payments, and meter management area.
