Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the development team. Collaborate with traders and other stakeholders to understand and implement trading strategies and requirements. Design, architect, and develop high-performance and low-latency .NET applications for trading and risk management. Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management guidelines in the trading domain. Monitor trading systems for performance, stability, and reliability. Leverage AWS services and infrastructure to enhance the scalability and availability of trading systems. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technology trends in the trading domain and AWS. Coordinate with project managers to deliver trading software projects on time and within budget. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a .NET developer with a strong background in C#. Substantial experience in developing trading systems or financial software. Previous leadership or team lead experience is required Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API. Strong database skills with SQL Server or other relational databases. Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and algorithmic trading strategies. Experience with trading APIs, FIX protocol, and order management systems. Understanding of real-time data processing, low-latency technologies, and high-frequency trading concepts.
