Please let me know your interest in the below role- Role : Tech Lead(Node.JS) Location: - Malvern, PA -hybrid Visa : NO CPT/H1B Duration: 12+Months Interview: Video Responsibilities Provides advanced level IT technical lead services and direction for software, middleware, or hardware projects on a single platform. Provides technical expertise and completes complex development, design, implementation, architecture design specification, and maintenance activities. Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout product life cycle to contribute technical expertise and to identify issues. Presents technical status and issues at milestone reviews. Ensures the viability of IT deliverables. Recommends development options and conducts testing. Identifies potential solutions and may approve solutions proposed by team members. Resolves complex issues uncovered by testers and internal clients. Communicates with key stakeholders on project issues and implications. Evaluates the impacts of change requests on technologies. Qualifications The Technical Lead must be hands-on in Development, Integration, and Platform updating/enhancing, someone who will be responsible for their share of the development. (12+ years of experience) They will also guide and steer the entry-level team member. This is a small team of 2. This Contractor will interact with Vanguard Technical Architects from the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Those architects will come up with the platform and be responsible for high-level design of the processes. The Tech Lead will work to implement it according to their vision for the tool. Node.JS is critical. This skill is missing in the team, and strong Node.JS is a must have! This tool uses a cloud-based database, so the AWS skills listed are very important. Most teams that use this tool have developed systems in Java or Python, so the candidate should possess senior-level coding skills in Java and Python.
