Execute and debug automation scripts, log defects for failed scripts, and monitor their resolution. Understand business drivers and capabilities, contributing to enterprise solution designs and change requirements to achieve targeted business outcomes. Gather and clarify business and technical requirements, track them using tools like JIRA, and tailor software to meet application and interface requirements. Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams. Identify and share risk mitigation plans with stakeholders. Review deliverables from offshore teams and report status. Support Functional and Automation Deliverables. Must-Have Qualifications: Experience in testing HCM products, including Lawson, StartTask, Origami, Send World Now (Onsolve), Quotient, Concur, and Medcor Transportation Management System. Hands-on experience in automation testing using Java, Selenium, and RestAssured. Expertise in Google Cloud Platform and performing service level integration testing.
