JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: BUSINESS ANALYST LOCATION: Kansas City, Missouri-ONSITE(NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLY) WORK VISA: USC and GC ONLY Client: SS&C DURATION: 1+YEARS Responsibilities  Coordinates a variety of routine to complex projects.  Prioritizes and completes tasks related to difficult or large scope projects. Executes projects and efficiently and effectively demonstrates an aptitude for various system applications, tools, and products.  May lead groups to complete projects (e.g., various support groups, operation teams).  Identifies solutions to improve quality and increase productivity (e.g., process improvements) and coordinates with management to implement changes as appropriate for the business.  Depending on the scope and complexity of a project, works either independently or with management to resolve barriers affecting project completion.  Develops, documents and standardizes training updates and/or operational procedures, enhancements, and may coach and/or conduct training.  Qualifications  Good organization, analytical and written and verbal communication skills.
