Partner with Process, and Operations leaders to establish and improve process standardization & simplification while leveraging existing and new technologies. Oversight of IT Supply Chain, while reporting on project health, issues, risk and action resolution and mitigation. Collaborate and influence the overall solution design, architect, and process & functional integration. Effectively identify and resolve complex system issues and appropriately communicates to management and stakeholders. Engage cross-functional teams to resolve issues and for process improvements. Work on projects where there is a need to implement technology, processes, or services to meet business requirements. Assist with process design and policy creation. Investigate complex technical and business problems in detail, to diagnose and provide effective and efficient alternatives. Tier 3 level support for JD Edwards ERP platform and related applications Design, prototype, test, train, define support procedures and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Participate and provide GxP validation support during FDA Computer Software Validation activities. Coordinate timing of all Infrastructure changes for those Supply Chain and Trade & Transportation applications On Call escalation support 24x7 for critical application outages. Provide strategic recommendations and improvement opportunities. Own product quality for end-users, ensuring a seamless user experience. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, IS, or equivalent work experience is required. 8+years of hands-on configuration experience in JD Edwards 9.X or higher. 8+ years of Supply Chain or Global Trade experience Understanding of Middleware and other integration types Experience in problem solving, process improvement, negotiations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent time management abilities. The individual should demonstrate initiative, exercise good judgment, exhibit strong profit orientation, and the ability to achieve results through others. Experience in automation is a plus.
