Job Description : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Pega certification (CSSA or higher) is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega development, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial position. Strong technical knowledge of Pega PRPC, including design, development, and implementation of Pega applications. Experience in leading and managing teams, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
