JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Trading Scrum Master LOCATION: Boston Massachusetts-HYBRID(NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLY) WORK VISA: NO H1B,CPT,OPT Required Asset Management industry knowledge or Experience. Qualifications: 5+ years experience as a dedicated Scrum Master. Expertise in applying Agile principles and practices including delivery of several epics, releases and versions and application of a wide variety of patterns and techniques. Ability to leverage burndown, facilitating retrospectives, refining user stories, etc. Experience supporting Investments Portfolio Trading teams. Must have worked on trading focused projects & trading workflow lifecycle. Experience implementing best practices and standards related to Agile product development preferred. Experience leading others with the ability to earn trust while still challenging the team to improve and operate outside its comfort zone in an Agile environment preferred.
