Overall business experience with technical understanding in all areas of eCommerce including Business Manager, Navigation, Catalog Management, Product Merchandising, Inventory, Shopping Cart and Checkout, Order Management, Search and Guided Navigation, SEO, Personalization, Gift Registry, Returns Management, and Customer Service etc JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for working closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements. Understand e-Com requirements and solutioning to help translate business requirements into technical requirements. Responsible for assisting with physical design, functional configuration, user testing, to ensure that end-to-end solutions are delivered with quality and that expectations are met for functionality, reliability, and availability. Contribute to technical project management activities, participate across agile ceremonies, perform day-to-day problem analysis and resolution, and offer general analytical support across the organization. Participate in the development and help drive the adherence of relevant standards, guidelines, and procedures. Be the main point of contact and functional expert for the digital commerce platform and its respective capabilities. Assists in the overall design of e-commerce as well as recommending best practice solutions based on business needs. Support projects and initiatives to deploy new functionality and/or enhance existing functionality Document, refine and prioritize business requirements and user stories as per guidance from Product Owners. Map requirements to functionality within eCom platform solutions and other applications in the ecosystems Coordinate with Platform leads to complete impact assessments and cross-functional alignment with OMS, SAP, CRM etc Collaborate with development teams to validate that solutions will meet business requirements Overall business experience with strong technical understanding in all areas of eCommerce including Business Manager, Navigation, Catalog Management, Product Merchandising, Inventory, Shopping Cart and Checkout, Order Management, Search and Guided Navigation, SEO, Personalization, Gift Registry, Returns Management, and Customer Service etc Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Ability to engage and manage senior-level client relationships.
