This positionis responsible for the provisioning, development and maintenance of MicrosoftDynamics 365 CRM platform and the ideal candidate will have sound knowledge inDynamics CRM Best Practices, entities/tables, workflows, configurations,business process flows, portals, custom development, integration development,Reporting, Dashboards, Web Resources, CRM Solutions File Management, anddeveloping custom applications using the xRM framework. Theperson should be an expert at Dynamics 365 CRM configurations and only utilizecustom code when absolutely required. Strong background in the planning,designing, installing, configuring, and customizing of relational data modelingof Dynamics CRM solutions that are innovative, while observing best practicesin regards to supported extensions of the platform. Workwith business users to help them improve their processes and systems. Assessprocesses, determine requirements and deliver recommendations, designdocumentation and reports. Engage with business users to understand howchanges to process, services and software can improve efficiencies and addvalue. Conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions tobusiness problems and help to introduce these recommendations. Mustarticulate those ideas but also balance them against whats technologicallyfeasible and functionally reasonable. EXPERIENCE: Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English. Developer: 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customcode. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a developer. Significant knowledge of Dynamics 2016/365 CRM, and the O365 platform as itpertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions, includingSharePoint. Experience in customizations utilizing custom code in C#.NET, JavaScript,HTML and SQL Server, including XrmToolBox, plug-ins, ribbon workbench,scripting and form creation. Experience with the CRM API, web services REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints. Experience in creating and registering add-ins with custom C# code. The ability to convey knowledge to both developers and business users tobalance the use of native (OOB) features and the appropriate use of customdevelopment. Understanding of the Dynamics 2016/365 CRM data model and at least 3 yearsdesigning, creating, customizing and configuring Dynamics 2016/365 CRM solutions,including innovative module solutions using both core CRM capabilities as wellas custom xRM solutions. Extensive experience setting up and configuring Dynamics 2016/365 CRM withO365. Expertise in Business Process Flows (BPFs), out-of-the box workflows andcustom workflows, forms, views and reports. Knowledge of and ability to configure business units, security groups, teams,roles and web roles. SSRS development for custom reporting. Troubleshoot Dynamics CRM errors and performance related issues. Creating and maintaining task, knowledge transfer and FAQ documentation. Analyst: Document as-is processes, recommend improvements and streamline businessprocesses into design document of to-be processes. Identify operational objectives by evaluating and documenting requiredbusiness workflows. Work closely with our business users to identify, map and document eachbusiness requirement. Leads key specific software projects starting with project requirementsgathering, requirement specification, testing, quality assurance. Works with other technical and project groups to ensure that softwareapplication requirements are identified at an early stage, ensuring that newbuild requirements or expansions are captured, and plans produced for anyupgrades/expansions and new build. Must maintain requirements, change requests and track gaps between softwareand business requirements specifications. Maintain the documentation, processes, guidelines, and procedures of theproject management methodology including infrastructure procedures andprotocols for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business. Prepares project documentation as required, champion the production ofbusiness cases for software development or migration. Partners with business, clinical, quality and utilization teams to completeproject management activities to ensure successful completion of project needs. Review current system data structure, and model new data structure based oncurrent operational requirements. Evaluate and map existing data structure fields for legacy data migration.
