This position is responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the ServiceNow platform to optimize IT service delivery and automation across the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify and address business process improvement opportunities. overseeing platform configurations, and ensuring the platform's availability, performance, and security. T Role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and understanding of business processes. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and improvement using ServiceNow. Platform Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to address specific business needs. Manage the development and maintenance of custom applications, scripts, and integrations. Platform Governance: Define and enforce platform governance policies, including access controls, data security, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL).
