Proven experience in release management, software development, or related fields.

Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or DevOps.

Familiarity with version control systems, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and release automation tools.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
