Test Planning Test case planning to ensure adequate coverage of scenarios Test Data planning Test Scheduling considering all factors ( Overall schedule responsibility stays with IBM Squad PM) Daily run rate planning Team Capacity Planning to ensure workload leveling Dependency planning for test execution Test Execution Track and report Actual Vs planned Run rate Ensure daily Reporting with planned Vs actual run rate, defects, highlight impediments Defects triaging especially when teams outside the squad is involved Drive Defect closure, by actively coordinating across teams.
