[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Title: AI Prompt Engineer Location : NY Or CT (Hybrid) Visa: USC/ GC We are seeking a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer to join a dynamic team on a long-term contract basis. As an AI Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing high-quality prompts for NLP applications. Your work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, conducting research, implementing AI models, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our solutions. This hybrid long-term contract position offers the chance to work on-site in New York City or Stamford, CT offices for two days a week. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's or Ph.D. degree in AI, NLP, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in AI and NLP, with a preference for experience in prompt generation or related areas. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java. Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and accountability Required Skills: Proficiency in AI and NLP techniques, including deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing. Experience with AI programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications in NLP. Competence in data analysis, statistical modeling, and experimental design. Familiarity with prompt generation techniques and algorithms. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Collaborative mindset and effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: Create and optimize prompts for NLP applications, ensuring their effectiveness and quality. Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to understand requirements and design prompt generation solutions. Stay current with state-of-the-art AI techniques, conducting research to enhance prompt generation models and algorithms. Implement and deploy AI models and algorithms in production environments, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt generation capabilities into existing NLP applications. Conduct experiments, analyze data, and provide insights to improve prompt generation model performance. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and NLP research, applying relevant techniques to enhance prompt generation capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Investigate and resolve issues related to prompt generation models and algorithms. Document research findings, methodologies, and technical specifications, effectively communicating them to team members and stakeholders.
