Only 10+ Role: Java L2 Support Engineer (CGEMJP00231955) Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Skills Required: Support, SQL, Unix, and Shell Scripting, Java Must have production or application support or similar support experience Requirements: Production incident troubleshooting, debugging of application code and providing temporary / permanent fix to the issue Fix issues through updating data in databases, application configurations, perform Root Cause Analysis. Experience as a L2 support engineer ITIL Process experience with Service Mgmt., Knowledge Mgmt., Incident Mgmt Hands-on experience in SQL, Unix and Shell Scripting are mandatory. Pl/SQL and any programming language like Java is good to have Skilled in Debugging and Troubleshooting.
