Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system. Requires knowledge of Web Services and various related technologies, and the ability to articulate SOA principles to others as this position will be responsible for guiding SOA web services for OTDA application. Will support team creating the self-service site. Activities include performing and/or supporting: Create self-service platform.
