This is a fully remote, part-time (30hrs/week) position. We are specifically seeking a candidate with a wealth of expertise in developing comprehensive business charters. Qualifications: Minimum of seven (7) years of extensive experience in applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years should involve senior PM responsibilities for large or intricate IT projects. At least four (4) years of experience delivering diverse technical and management services to government agencies. Seven (7) years of team-building, knowledge transfer, and mentoring experience. Responsibilities Leading project management efforts. Performing research, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses, ensuring compliance with regulations. Managing project documentation, meetings, and conflict resolution. Overseeing complex IT projects. Creating comprehensive project materials using software. Exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrating a robust IT background. Expertise in Waterfall and Agile project planning.
