Only senior Candidate ( 10+ only and Local to TX) Role: Java L2 Support Engineer (CGEMJP00231955) Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Skills Required: SQL, Unix, and Shell Scripting, Java, and Support Must have L2 support or similar support experience. Requirements: Production incident troubleshooting, debugging of application code and providing temporary / permanent fix to the issue. Fix issues through updating data in databases, application configurations, perform Root Cause Analysis. Experience as a L2 support engineer ITIL Process experience with Service Mgmt., Knowledge Mgmt., Incident Mgmt Hands-on experience in SQL, Unix and Shell Scripting are mandatory. Pl/SQL and any programming language like Java is good to have. Skilled in Debugging and Troubleshooting. Ability to perform RCA. Good communication skills with ability to articulate the technical and functional aspects of development/production problem to help drive solutions with App Dev teams and senior stakeholders.
