| Job Title: Manual QA Tester Visa: No H1b Terms : 7+ month contract Location: 100% Remote (but might require travel to Lake Mary, FL) Additional Info: This is for the State of Tennessee Child Care Project Responsibilities: Responsible for thoroughly testing Integrated Eligibility systems, Childcare NextGen, and ServiceNow applications. This involves manual testing, creating test plans and scenarios, executing test cases, troubleshooting, and supporting UAT. Knowledge of various testing methodologies, including Agile and Regression Testing, as well as specific tools like ServiceNow, SQL, and Batch Testing, are essential for this role. Requirements: 3+ years experience in web solutions manual testing Must have prior experience supporting a childcare project or working in the childcare domain preferably. If not childcare, must have experience supporting an Integrated Eligibility project Must have previous experience working in ServiceNow applications Must be able to contribute to test plan definition, create test scenarios and data, execute test cases, troubleshoot issues, support UAT and track testing progress and results.
