From: Divya K, Talent Groups [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Please share suitable profiles to [email protected] Role: Salesforce CPQ Architect (Revenue Cloud) Location: Houston, TX Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: Revenue Cloud (CPQ) Solution Architect is critical to discovering and designing the entire CPQ solution for our customers. This includes the architectural layout/solution design/object model taking into account all functional and technical requirements the client may have to automate their Quote to Cash process. During a project using Salesforce technology, the architect works along with our process design consultants (aka Advisory consultants) leading business requirements gathering/discovery workshops required to design the end-to-end SF CPQ solution. This will include documenting everything in the Design document at the end of the Design/Architect phase followed by a playback to the customer for validation. They will work closely with our integration architects when CPQ works along with other systems (b2b commerce, ERP, etc.). The architect will also work with clients to create a Technical and Functional Salesforce CPQ solution document which will meet the business requirements of the client. They will also play a key Pre-Sales role in helping shape commercial deals for our clients by working with our Sales executives. Key Responsibilities: In-depth knowledge of the SF platform and SF CPQ (Revenue Cloud) Creating business requirement documents, user stories, functional specifications, and system design specifications. Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. Accurately translating business requirements into system functionality requirements. Managing project work, enhancements, and fixes, from the request and requirements stage through build, test, and deployment ensuring that there are few revisions needed along the way because the needs analysis was conducted thoroughly. Providing strategic technical insight with respect to CPQ Serving as a technical adviser for out of the box Salesforce.com CPQ features and functions. Supporting the remaining Salesforce CPQ implementation roadmap from design to deployment, user adoption, and ongoing improvements and system administration. Managing the relationship with key business stakeholders to help define and meet business priorities. Participate in change management activities (UAT, training, communications, online help, business readiness etc.) supporting program rollouts in partnership with Sales Operations and other business operation teams. Comprehend and uphold release management best practices related to internal release management and product functionality upgrades coming from the vendor. Coordinate and communicate process and system changes impact with cross-functional teams. Understanding of key salesforce.com architectural concepts (API, governor limit, force.com platform, Test coverage, Apex, Visual Force, Workflow, Process Builder, Triggers etc.) and how they influence design.
