Expert level experience with SOA design and implementation, as well as strong software development life cycle and Agile Development, as well as strong enterprise Application integrations expertise. Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. Excellent analytical and technical skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Knowledge of all components of an enterprise technical architecture. Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes. Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting. Strong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies. Strong understanding of SOA, object-oriented analysis and design, and/or client/server systems. Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements. Ability to estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives. Responsibilities: Work as individual contributor on various development teams or lead a team of technical architects Coordinate solution architecture implementation and modification activities. Document all solution architecture design and analysis work. Partner with PMO and functional teams during the lifetime of a project, including design and estimation. Consult with application or infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to architecture, and identify when it is necessary to modify the solution architecture to accommodate project needs. Develop guidelines, standards, and best practices Understand, advocate and augment the principles of information technology strategies. Analyze domain business drivers to determine corresponding change requirements. Analyze technology industry and market trends, and determine their potential impact on the enterprise. Evangelize the architecture process, its outcome and ongoing results. Define the principles to guide solution decisions for the enterprise. Collaborate with Cloud, Network, DevOps and Application architects to define security and governance models for Microservices environment Evangelize API and Microservices architectural and governance methodologies and influence buy in from diverse set of key stakeholders Assess, define and develop roadmap & architectural plans for Enterprise wide API Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards, as well as the design of standard software configurations.
