The ideal candidate will have a history of working with document mapping through OpenText or similar translation tools and VAN services. This role will focus on handling transactional documents, including 850, 855, 856, 810, 832, and 846, as well as transportation documents for future scope (214, 211) for diverse customers ranging from large retailers to smaller, less technologically advanced businesses. Responsibilities: Lead EDI integration projects within SAP ERP, focusing on OTC processes. Develop and maintain EDI mappings for transactional documents (800s) such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 832, and 846. Collaborate with external trading partners, including larger retailers (B2B2C) and smaller B2B customers. Ensure smooth communication and document exchange between various EDI systems and trading partners. Handle transportation documents for future scope (214, 211, 214). Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues, including data discrepancies and system errors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of EDI projects. Stay up-to-date with EDI industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: Extensive experience with EDI integrations within SAP ERP, particularly in the OTC landscape. Proficiency in document mapping through OpenText or similar EDI translation tools. Strong knowledge of VAN services. Familiarity with transactional documents (850, 855, 856, 810, 832, 846) and transportation documents (214, 211, 214). Experience working with a diverse customer base, from large retailers to smaller B2B customers. Proficiency in programming languages such as RPG and ABAP. Experience working with PI/PO and CPI Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification or relevant SAP-related certifications. Previous experience in SAP ERP migration projects.
