Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce Lightning components, applications, and features. Customize Salesforce Lightning to meet specific business needs, including creating custom Lightning components and Apex code. Integrate Salesforce Lightning with other systems and applications through API integrations and middleware solutions. Perform code reviews, ensure best practices are followed, and mentor junior developers. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce Lightning applications, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. Participate in the testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities, including user training and support. Stay up to date with Salesforce Lightning's best practices and new features to continually optimize our CRM system. Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce Lightning development best practices. Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and other IT team members to deliver comprehensive solutions. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Salesforce Lightning Developer certification is required. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong focus on Lightning development. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning components, Lightning Design System, and Apex development. Must have experience in integration with SAP. Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, APIs, SOQL, Web Services, Security, Data Model. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and integration capabilities. Proven ability to design and implement complex solutions within Salesforce Lightning. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is a plus.
