Role: ELECTRICAL Engineer Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma ( Onsite ) Duration: Contact / Fulltime Position We need people from Oil and gas industry backgrounds like Halliburton, Weatherford, GE, FMC etc. Job description Collaborates daily with the development team to provide the best solution to problems. Under direct supervision, applies functional requirements and uses engineering tools to design electronic circuits and feedback control systems for product changes and new development. Applies industry standards in design, testing, and evaluation. Contributes to reliability analysis such as risk assessments and failure mode effects analysis by compiling and examining data. 1. Hands-on experience with Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics PADS, PCAD design tools and use of advanced features 2. Create PCB design solutions for high-temperature electronics for oil & gas industry or similar 3. Schematics drafting/modification, PCB layout, Fit check, Netlist & Gerber generation 4. Experience in complex analog, digital, power, high speed, multilayer & mixed signal board design 5. Good understanding of schematics, signal flow, components type and electrical fundamentals 6. Work/Interact with the design & engineering team, vendors and resolve technical issues 7. Parts creation & library management as per IPC 7351 and upload to database 8. Follow design rules & guidelines, perform DRC & documentation 9. Good verbal and written communication skills 10. Preferred Oil & gas domain experience 11 . Experience in designing test setup, electronics component testing, troubleshooting, Engineering documentation. 12. Identifies the testing requirements at a system level with emphasis on complying with test standards. 13. Collaborates with mentors to understand the basic content required to submit an invention disclosure and recognizes ideas that have IP potential without disclosing confidential information. Works effectively as a team member by communicating clearly and efficiently to provide innovative solutions. Takes the initiative to go beyond what situations require and focuses on attention to detail by making sure that work is done correctly, completely, and to the highest standards.
