Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.5 yrs experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. 3 years of that experience must have been in systems analysis and design.5 years of FTE experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.5 years of experience producing requirements documents and procedural manuals.5 years of FTE experience developing use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis to help create and validate business requirements.5 years of experience collaborating with Business and IT to translate business requirements into functional specifications, and data mapping documentation.5 years of FTE experience creating test plans, test strategies, and creating and executing test scripts.5 years of experience writing technical design documents and creating technical process flows.5 years of FTE experience in each:Documenting and providing training/knowledge transferBusiness best practicesManagement of complex business change2 years of FTE experience with Agile/SCRUM system development methodologies.Experience of analysing and supporting n-tier applications including both custom and commercial applications on the Microsoft platform.Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio & Excel.Experience in using JIRA.Experience in Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD) and administration tools.
